Peter D. Harper
Born in the UK but raised in Perth, Western Australia, Peter D Harper began his musical journey steeped in the Australian Blues, Rock and Folk scene. As a multi-instrumental artist - Singer/songwriter/ harmonica/ didgeridoo/ Euphonium, Peter became a very successful session musician appearing on over 2000 films/commercials, TV series and documentaries.
As a solo artist known as "Harper", he has released 10 successful CDs. After signing a record deal with Blind Pig Records (USA) in 2005, Harper made Michigan, USA his new home. He has received some 14 x blues/world awards from Australia, USA, Canada and The UK. His most recent CD "Show Your Love" (2016, BluHarp) by Harper and Midwest Kind, got to number 3 on the Billboard Blues Charts and stayed in the Top Ten for over six months.

Joachim Griebe
Born and raised in Hamburg, Joachim Griebe became a producer and songwriter. For over 30 years he's been working as a studio musician, he sings, plays the guitar, piano and bass. Aside from numerous commissions in all areas of popular music he has also composed and produced soundtrack as well as commercials. The original recordings of 'Distant Unity' were created in 2002, recorded by Harper and Griebe at a studio in Hamburg. The recently remastered recordings of the nine tracks are an accomplished mix of Pop, Rock, Blues and Funk.
