Ramonas

The Ramonas were founded in 2006.
After Landy (voc, gtr) had seen the RAMONES on their final tour in 1996, he carried the idea of founding an absolutely no-fuss punk'n roll band around with him for ten years until he had the right companions. Straighter, rough Rock'n Roll: and so that the audience understands something for a change, all lyrics are in Bavarian. Within a very short time almost all important stages in Munich were played: Theatron, Backstage, Kulturstation, Schwabinger 7 (the Ramonas played their last gig before the demolition in the legendary Sieben). The Ramoans play at various festivals such as Schierling. Without much promotion they sold several hundred t-shirts. And in January 2012 the first Ramonas CD "Isar - Punk" was released on the R'n'D label via Rough Trade, two years later a brilliant live album called "Isarlive" was released on the same label
