MundArt by Zinkl

Anton Zinkl's new album combines eccentric electronic arrangements with his own lyrics in Bavarian dialect. The 9 short songs are partly based on odd rhythms (5/8, 7/8 or a mix of two- and three-beats) and get a special peculiarity also because of that. Zinkl's Sprechgesang deals with humanity in a very reduced, humorous, whimsical and sometimes even dadaistic way. Zinkl has attached great importance to the fact that the lyrics are acoustically very well understandable. In the song "Duadadesnedo" he sings a duet with his former theater colleague Hans Schlicht. With this album, a pop-progressive mix has been created, which has probably never existed before and which should above all be fun for the listener.
