With “White Doves Have Crossed the Borders,” Blue Moon Rising combines a timeless message of peace with atmospheric pop. British rock singer John Parr (“St. Elmo’s Fire”) delivers the song with warmth and heartfelt emotion. White doves become the symbol of a simple yet deeply relevant hope: that borders can be overcome and understanding can ultimately be stronger than division.
