With “Catchin’ the Wind,” the band Blue Moon Rising presents their first official single while simultaneously launching a long-term waterfall release project. The track will be released worldwide on April 10, 2026, marking the beginning of an artistic collaboration with an international outlook.
The emotional pop ballad blends atmospheric soundscapes with modern production, telling a story of freedom, new beginnings, and the decision to follow one’s own path. Inspired by the vast coastal landscapes of Cornwall, the song unfolds a compelling dynamic between intimacy and grandeur, distinguished by its strong recognizability and clear radio and streaming appeal.
“Catchin’ the Wind” was produced by successful producer and composer W. E. Stein in collaboration with sound designer and studio professional Peter Staab. The release marks the first in a series of interconnected tracks through which Blue Moon Rising will gradually establish their presence in the international music market.
