     "Good music can be smelt, tasted, felt and seen by the listeners. Sounds can be like images. Memories of certain situations with their special atmosphere. Dreams, re-awakened by music, just for the glimpse of a moment become reality again – just like a movie, one is imagining oneself in, or a book, one becomes immersed in and seems to live through. My compositions are always inspired by very special moments of my life. Memories of certain people, places or events with their special taste and flair and the emotions connected with them.
     Still everybody, who gives this music his time and attention, will create his own personal fantasies through it, will smell different scents, see different colors and images – and I think, that's good! But for me, each piece of music I create is a little snapshot, a glimpse of a special moment on that big journey we call life."
     Christopher Dean studied composition and piano in Germany, with a second main emphasis in the art of drumming. He also works as a composer and arranger for several national and international pop projects.
