     This disc is built upon an impressive concept – the tracks were culled from four hours of improvisation. One hour displays 60 minutes of the mastery of hans Joachim Roedelius and Dieter Moebius. If this truly is off-the-cuff composing, then Cluster have proven themselves a fine-tuned talent.
     The German avantgarde duo supplement such ambient sounds with minimalist melodies played on what sound like oboes, cellos and bells. But these conventional instruments, as well as the ambient sounds, have anm electronic flavor that give "One Hour" a surreal quality.
