first release out of the soundtrackseries "Kriminalfilmmusik"
features the music of the great German master of film scores, Martin
Böttcher. It contains the music of the German crime pictures "Father
Brown Stories", "The Forger", "The Black Abbot",
"The Return Of The Frog", and "Murder by Proxy".
The
unique Böttcher sound gave the of the 60s German crime pictures
a special atmosphere, most of all the blockbusters based on novels by
Gilbert Keith Chesterton, Edgar Wallace and Bryan Edgar Wallace.
This CD features
highlights of Germanys movie history. So here we hear some rarities
never released on record before. Timeless Big Band and Easy Listening
