Plugins
In order to get the most out of your BSC Internet experience, we strongly recommend that you take the time to install a few important browser plugins/active-x components, if you haven't already done so. You won't regret it! Use the links on the left to visit a couple of important plugin addresses.
(don't worry, they won't bite!):

RealAudio - long pre-load time
If you're experiencing a a long delay before the audio tracks start playing, you probably need to reduce the pre-load buffer time to about 2 seconds (2 seconds usually works fine on single ISDN).

Here's what you do:
Start your RealAudio player, then call up the Preferences dialogue box from the View menu.
Click on the Connection tab (or "Ansicht / Einstellungen / Verbindungen" in the German version), then in the Buffered Play section, select the Buffer at least check box and enter 2 in the adjacent field for the amount of seconds to buffer.
