Missent to Denmark are working since 2007 on the material for their new album “I am your son” at home, in their rehearsal room, in old houses deep in Bavaria. Songs were written, rearranged, re-corded and questioned, tape loops were cropped on the computer, rooms were recorded and de-formed, harmonies were constructed and torn apart. The result is cursorily seen Pop. Without being afraid of bulky ideas, Missent to Denmark bond with the D.I.Y. style of wellknown Indie Acts, with the dynamic of Radiohead, with the decided Weilheim electronica and the under-statement of a songwriter who can depend on the quality of his songs, without unnecessary gestures.
