„Portmanteau“ are two musicians from Weilheim in Bavaria: Taison Heiß (Lali Puna, Dolby Buster, etc.) and Greulix Schrank (Schweisser, Iso68). They bring togehther electronic sounds and real Drums, record and produce music in their own studio. After their first EP “Cosy”, which was released in 2002 and distributed by themselves, “Akja”, which was mainly recorderd and mixed in the famous “Uphon”-studio, will be available now as longplayer.
