From his childhood, the singing bar owner Günther Grauer admired Ludwig II, King of Bavaria from 1864 until shortly before his death. He's also called the Swan King and der Märchenkönig, (the Fairy tale King), known for his castles Neuschwanstein etc. Bavarian Dream is the official anthem for "King Ludwig".
