Marcia Barrett, former "Boney M" singer unfortunately had to put her career on hold for ten years, healing from four individual cancer attacks. How ever she has fought and won these health battles and has recorded her first solo album entitled "Come Into My Life".
She has always had her focus on a solo career and is expressing a more rockier side of her gift as a songstress which is quite full of her high energetic character.
She and her husband Marcus composed most of the songs before, during and after that episode when she was forced to battle for her life, and actually demonstrates her artistic strength, packed with beautiful melodies and also coming over quite emotionally. In fact this work really does imply the right ingredients to her powerful voice. One can await an impressive comeback from such a versatile "Songstress".
