Saxophone and flute player Annie Hilsberg and producer, keyboardist and singer Robert Matt have created a groundbreaking mixture of groove-jazz, world music and trance-dance. This Berlin-based duo has been fascinating listeners on both sides of the Atlantic with  their unique blend of soundscapes.

Their success is no surprise. Both musicians have been classically trained in Germany and have studied jazz in in the United States.
Their deep interest in Asian and  African traditions also have contributed to their global fusion approach
Yulara tracks have been featured in movie soundtracks, such as "Heidi M," which garnered a German Movie Award 2001. Producers have also sought Yulara for compilation albums.
