Instruments:
Native American flutes, alto flute, bass flute, bamboo flutes, hand drums, keyboards, vocals
Important steps along the way:
I was led to researching and studying my Native American roots while walking on my spiritual path. This is how I discovered Native American flutes. I have tried to keep my music built on spiritual ideals. The songs I write are usually about things going on in my spiritual life as well as my personal life if I feel it can help or encourage others. The quiet and beauty of Nature is where I feel closest to the Creator and is thus the inspiration for much of my work
Musical influences:
The classical music of Chopin and Mozart. The Eagles, Moody Blues, America, Crosby Stills Nash & Young, Jackson Browne and Jimmy Buffet.
Hobbies:
Hiking, camping, reading, playing and making music (of course). Just sitting quietly in the woods or on a rock in the desert.
Personal motto for life:
I want my life to make a difference in this world. I want to go through my time on earth as someone who contributed to humanity and did not just take from it. I am trying to walk with integrity, dignity and honor and I hope that that is reflected in the music I make.
